Unfortunately the Songwe MDA negotiations have dragged on for so long that a that this raise has frustratingly happened before its announcement and lead to greater dilution that I had expected. While the MDA negotiations do appear to be reaching a conclusion and the investment case remains in tact, this is a greater permanent hit to per share valuation than hoped
