While we undertake management meetings and calls as part of our new idea memos, not every company meets our criteria for potential investment, at least at the time. Going forward we are going to publish our notes from management meetings for all companies we meet (where we never get inside information) to help build a database and knowledge for the membership as part of our collective engagement initiative. Where possible, we will seek input and questions from members ahead of meetings.
