A new sales partnership as the company continues the ‘rebuild’ from Azerion. Unfortunately the release has sowed additional confusion noting that Venatus are the “sole” provider of direct sales, with many interpreting that as BIDS’ direct sales team becoming redundant. However, the basis of the Azerion dispute was over exclusive vs sole which are different. Azerion believed they had an exclusive agreement that BIDS’ contravened by appointing their direct sales team. I believe the announcement of sole provider is specifically worded as they aren’t going to make the same mistake again. In the meantime, we await scheduling of the promised investor presentation and an update on the CLN funding
